Declaration Due to 1st May the International
Labor’s day
We have to concentrate our whole Powers to
create different formations of Laboring class.
We are going to honor the First of May, the
International day of correlation of Labors in the conditions
of rapacious aggression of Capitalist class of Iran and their
protective government to all conditions (life, work,
livelihood and …) of Laboring class are continuity in action.
Procedure of Industrial unit’s privation
resulted to unemployment, negation employment security of
workers. Nullification of permanent contract to spreading
temporary contracts is going to cover 90% of active workers of
Iran in next 10 years. In few coming years almost all labors
will change to conventional workers.
Decrease actual salary of labors caused to
lower and lower purchasing ability of millions worker’s
family. Their life is decreased under poverty line.
The poverty line, in which labors are not able
to cover their own power – not enough calorie for re-working.
Carpet making work shop and all similar work
places with lower than 10 workers brought out of work’s rules
inclusion. This caused decreasing of employment security more
and more. Now millions workers have to work in a situation
without any insurance, protections and rights. They are
working in an injustice and immethodical conditions.
In last few years work’s rules was changed.
These modifications were against workers and in profit of
capitalists and owners of industries. This law allowed them to
send out many workers easily. Plus this privation, lack of
minimum social service, insurance, liberty and any protection,
attack of police of capital in working place is killed
protested workers.
These situations are inconsiderable, as a
human, what are the rights of these workers? Children and
women of labors are living in very bad conditions. Children
have not minimum possibility for education, school and so on.
Women have dip wound in hart and their responsibility to
overcome to this situation is impossible.
The actual social conditions of Iranian
Laboring class show social condition of country. This caused
because of greedy voluptuousness of Capitalist and their
liberalized economy politics. All groups of Iranian
Capitalists including parts in government and parts as
opposition aggravate and intensify the bad conditions of
workers. They have not any program to improve these
conditions.
Atrocity attacks of capitalism to labor’s
rights are including whole life of them. In this way labors
should fight in different fronts: Collation against wage
deduction, protest against temporary contracts, defiance
against send out of workers, companion for changing work rules
and … fighting in all fronts is required, but the main power
should be concentrated on formation of labor’s organizations.
In this conditions, because of requirements of
Islamic government for jointing to International Trading
Organization
They forced him to obey some rules of
International work Organization. They try to force Islamic
regime to accept their rules. Because of this conditions and
unreliability of work’s house, Islamic Councils of work,
formation of independent labor’s organization is an urgent
case for all activists of worker movement.
Development of guild defiance of workers in few
last years caused to be known many labor’s activists as
forerunners.
Forerunners, especially socialist persons
inside this movement should be coordinate with together to
give answer to this very important requirements of work union.
They have to make labor’s formation as their own very urgent
work.
Labors and their forwarders should make
organization as per class distinctions by own. Nobody from
outside of their class will do something for benefits of
workers.
Islamic government always deceives laboring
class. They are trying to hollow the quality and revolutionary
nature of labor’s movement. They are trying to use it as a
tool to serve their own capitalist class interest and also
their strategy is to keep this government permanence.
We are going to honor the first of May as
International worker’s day and we have to ask labors to
organize their vast and nationwide power and ability.
Capitalists and their government want
disorganized class of workers. From stating of this Islamic
Regime, they are trying to make pace between Islamic laws and
rights of labo

Are able to release human from tragically
events, sufferings, afflictions, disasters and atrocious.
Worldly March of laboring class in the
international workers day promise this hope giving’s rational
horizon.
