KHORAMABAD

 

According to news received from Khoramabad, more than one thousand workers of municipality of the above-named city have very bad conditions because they have not received any wages in the past few months.

 

TORBAT HAIDARYEH

 

On Wednesday 4th of January 2006, workers of municipality of Torbat Haidaryeh in Khorasan province protested in front of the city council and they asked for investigating to their problems. Responsible(s) of this municipality have not paid workers' wages in the past months. After those action members of the city council, promised workers to pay delayed wages.

 

TEHRAN & NAISHABOR

 

A worker called Shir A. Meraji lost his life as the result of leaking of gas-light at his work place in Tehran On 4th of January, 2006. On the same day one more workers called Hussain Kianpoor lost his life when he was working. As the result of fire at an excavation company in city of Naishabor a labour called Yarmohammad-S was killed and somebody else called Mohammad-S was wounded.

The other day a worker called Mohammad Tulabi fell down from house-top of a building in Tehran.

 

KAWEH'S FIREPROOF BOX

 

More than one hundred workers of the above mentioned factory protested in front of department of labour in Tehran’s city. These objected workers asked for investigating to their problems. They said that they had not received any wages more than 6 months.

 

GHAZVIN

 

On Monday 2nd of January, 2006 workers of Ghazvin's Pooshineh Baft factory shut road of Ghazvin to city of Alborz. Those workers have not received their wages since June, 2005. Must say they have protested in front of the regime organizations several times.

 

SEPAHAN'S CUBE SUGAR FACTORY

 

Workers of this factory gathered in front of governor's office of Barkhar & Maimeh because they have not received their wages since October, 2005. The managing director of the above-mentioned factory promised to pay workers' wages. This factory has two hundred workers.

 

PAKDASHT'S SAZMAYEH COMPANY

 

On Sunday 8th of January, 2006 workers of this company walked from their work place to centre of city of Pakdasht, because of un-payment of their delayed wages. These workers have not received any wages for 9 months also they have been unemployed because this company has been closed. In the course of past months these workers have protested many times but nobody takes care of their difficulties.

 

KASHAN'S CARPET COMPANY

 

Workers of Kashan's Carpet Company gathered in front of governor's office of city of Kashan On Tuesday 10th of January, 2006. The protested workers have not received their wages for 14 months. The above-named company has 400 employees who have been met many problems after this company was shut down by employers.

 

GYLAN

 

Workers of Nakhtaz's weaving company protested in front of department of industries of Gylan province On Sunday 22nd of January 2006. When the above-named company was transferred to private section, new employer shut it down. This company has 132 unemployed workers.

 

EYLAM

 

Workers of Eylam's Electricity Company demonstrated for un-payment of their delayed wages in city of Eylam. The protested workers asked for taking care of their problems.

 

TEHRAN'S TRANSPORTATION COMPANY (BUS)

 

On Saturday 7th of January 2006, drivers of that company protested in Tehran’s city.

These objected workers asked for releasing of head of the bus workers syndicate in the name of Mr. Mansoor Ossanlou who was arrested On the 7th of September 2005.

After that action, the regime forces arrested 3 more leaders of the above-mentioned syndicate in the names of Javad Kefayati, Reza Neamati and Mohammad Namani.

The drivers have planning to strike on 28/2/2006 for freedom of Ossanlou and also freedom of building of the workers from independent organisations.
